Aromahead's April Newsletter:
Essential Oils for Natural Cleaning

From Andrea

Hi friend,

How are you doing lately?

I hope you’re staying safe and healthy, and keeping in touch with those who matter to you.

I know everyone is trying to keep things clean! One of the greatest understandings science has brought us is that cleaning is an important part of protecting our health.

In this newsletter, you’ll learn some natural cleaning recipes—ways to purify your air, and reduce germs on surfaces you touch often. And instead of harmful chemicals which might compromise your immunity, you’ll be using essential oils that support your health.

Reducing germs doesn’t mean you have to use toxins that stress your health.

Nature offers us a way to make our homes and bodies healthier—at the same time.

Clean Hands without Cracked Skin - Beyond Hand Washing

We’re all washing our hands a lot these days.

It’s a must. But it can also leave our skin irritated and dry. In some cases, your skin might even start to crack. Not fun!

As a RN, I have a lot of experience with excessive hand washing.

Marissa's Uplifting and Refreshing Massage Blend

Tips from the Aromahead Team:
Marissa's Uplifting and Refreshing Massage Blend

This month’s tip comes from Marissa! Marissa is one of our Case Study Instructors, working one-on-one with students in the Aromatherapy Certification Program.

“We all know the feeling. We're tired, stressed and everything is starting to feel a little much.

“This blend is a favourite of mine for creating a positive and refreshed mindset! I recently started using lemongrass rich in rhodinol, and instantly fell in love with the lemony-rosy aroma. It's an amazing oil for calming the mind and is more gentle on the skin than regular lemongrass.

“I hope you like this blend!”
